Peoples RE was hired into the property manager position just before we took occupancy. Nevertheless, Lisa and Joe dug in, and managed a very smooth transition for us. We most appreciated their persistent yet tactful approach in guiding the Construction crew through their punch list activities. Their attention to detail (especially safety and security) is top notch. They’re very experienced and practical in their handling of issues.
