Future Tenants

Looking for a new rental home in Auburn, Kent, or Renton? Search our available properties and find your next home. We can usually accommodate showings the same day if the home is vacant. If the home is still occupied, we typically need to give the current tenant a minimum of 24-hours notice and sometimes 48-hours notice.
